Our first meeting, online or face to face, will be a mix of assessment, skill and strength training, mobility drills and stretch recommendations, as well as a plan of going forward in helping you to transform your feet from under-appreciated, most likely neglected, and often least admired body part, to feet that allow you to kick ass, take giant leaps, hit the ground running and skip through life with a spring in your step.

Book your access for the month and receive the Monday recording every week as a bonus, to practice in addition. Online classes save you the hassle and time of leaving the house and give you a better shot at keeping up your regular work outs to ensure progress and all the benefits.

Individual classes tailored to your needs

A group class is an excellent place to train and practice, but in your 1 to 1 sessions you get to dive into the specifics of your unique requirements. Strengthen what is weak, realign what is out of balance and challenge what needs improving.

Groups, clubs & businesses

Looking to inject some physical motivation into a group event? A sports team can get huge benefit from a training session different than its regular practice. Business events in the outdoors, barefoot depending on the time of the year, are a great way to get into your bodies and out of your head. Such events, one off classes and tailored workshops can be requested via the contact form.
